HOW TO PREPARE THE SEA MOSS FOR BEST RESULTS
- Place sea moss into a bowl of water & squeeze 1-2 key limes into the bowl.
- Clean the sea moss thoroughly and remove any debris, algae, and sand.
- Rinse out all the water and completely remove any debris.
- Put sea moss into a bowl of alkaline or spring water and let it soak for at least 10 hours.
- Place the sea moss into a blender and blend while adding more water if needed.
- Pour into a jar and refrigerate to turn it into a gel.
