HOW TO PREPARE THE SEA MOSS FOR BEST RESULTS - Place sea moss into a bowl of water & squeeze 1-2 key limes into the bowl. - Clean the sea moss thoroughly and remove any debris, algae, and sand. - Rinse out all the water and completely remove any debris. - Put sea moss into a bowl of alkaline or spring water and let it soak for at least 10 hours. - Place the sea moss into a blender and blend while adding more water if needed. - Pour into a jar and refrigerate to turn it into a gel.

In order for you to secure on your waist beads, you must take off excess beads then tie your waist beads as close as possible to avoid gaps.
*Measure yourself on bare skin with measuring tape; where you would like your beads to fall. Make sure the measuring tape is snug, but not tight and not toloose. Please stand up straight and don’t suck in your belly.
